Our client is currently looking for a ICT Support Manager to join their team. You will be managing:
1 x ICT Senior Support Technician
4 x ICT Support Technicians
2 x ICT Service Desk Technicians
1 x ICT Apprentice
You will be responsible for the provision and technical support of the ICT end user infrastructure, end users and Service Desk, including architectural design, functionality and security. Management of the day to day operations of the ICT Support Team ensuring an effective, efficient and best value ICT service is provided.
The post holder deputises for the ICT Shared Service Delivery Manager.
Position- ICT Support Manager
Location- Camborne, Cambridge
Salary- £30-40k per annum dependant on experience
Key duties for the ICT Support Manager:
• Manage the IT Team – admin, appraisal, absence, discipline, lead and motivate
• Lifecycle, planning, instillation, testing, upgrading, control and management, configuration
• Project manage major IT related projects
• Monitoring of costs, timescales and resources
• Controlling budgets
• ISO 27001 and ITIL standards
