An ICT Services Manager is required by an education facility to join their expanding team. As the ICT Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising the ICT services teams to ensure all work is prioritised and actioned including support requests and ongoing larger ICT systems and network developments
- Organising the ICT Services departments’ day to day duties and monitor performance through the schools’ Helpdesks
- Developing, embedding and managing methods of working practices including proactive ICT support to end users
- Providing monthly reports to senior management on the day to day operations of ICT Services; highlighting recurring issues, major losses of services and quantitative data on work completed using the data provided by the helpdesk.
As the ideal ICT Services Manager, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have previous demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams in a complex ICT service environment.
