Our client is a large public sector organisation looking to add an additional ICT Service Desk Analyst to join their ever growing team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working in a team to provide 1st line technical advice and guidance, while maintaining excellent customer service skills to all levels of employees. You will also be escalating issues to the relevant departments where necessary and keeping the users updated with the progress.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role providing technical support and have a proven record of providing 1st class customer service.
