ICT Service Desk Analyst 

Our client is an English football club based in Fulham, London. Founded in 1905, the club play in the Premier League and have spent most of their history in the top tier of English football. They have won 4 Premier League Titles, 7 FA Cups, 5 League Cups, 1 UEFA Champions League and 1 UEFA Europa League. 

Position: ICT Service Desk Analyst 
Location: Based between Cobham and Fulham dependant on shift allocations 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: Shift patterns 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm 
Salary: £Competitive 

About the role: 

This role is to provide Servicedesk and administration support for the ICT team. 


- Provide first line support / monitor and log calls on Servicedesk software 
- Log calls on Servicedesk software to ITIL / ITSM standards 
- Allocate and schedule jobs for 2nd / 3rd line ICT staff 
- Analyse and resolve tickets for the end user 
- Obtaining quotes / estimates and ordering of software and hardware 
- Software cataloguing / licensing and auditing 
- Be responsible for ordering hardware, stock, and supplies 
- Liaison with suppliers and third-party support contacts 
- To be flexible and competent in learning new systems 
- To be first point of call for mobile device queries 
- To setup and manage mobile devices 
- Maintenance of asset register on the ITSM software 
- Jobs logged and monitored and / or resolved according to published SLA 
- Quotes / estimates obtained in a timely fashion 
- Hardware and software ordered within SLA time specification 
- Mobile devices configured to standard 
- Administration duties completed correctly and in a timely fashion 
- ICT satisfaction survey 
- Stock and supplies at satisfactory levels 

About you: 

- Significant experience in the same role 
- ITIL foundation and SDI Analyst Certification 
- Microsoft MTA 98-366 network fundamentals or similar qualification is desirable 
- Understanding of ITSM 
- Excellent computer skills including good understanding of MS Office applications 
- User knowledge of Servicedesk software preferred but training will be provided 
- Must be willing to travel to Cobham training ground on a rota basis
