We have Full Time placement opportunities available for a Project Support Officer available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust specifically providing the following:
- Assist with the management of the project approval process, up to and beyond submission to the approval body.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of an overall ICT projects/programme plan, which must be regularly monitored and updated to ensure that it reflects current project status and include budget information as appropriate.
- Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholder. Act as the focal point for project responses to external requires for information
- Responsible for project file management using robust version control. Organising key project meetings and provide secretariat support to relevant governance meeting.
- Assist in maintaining project controls across the projects and programmes

Information Technology is integral to the Trust, and this is an exciting time as we undergo a major transformation of our Information Technology platforms and services to support the growing Digital requirements of the Trust, with major programmes underway to upgrade and transform our infrastructure with particular focus on our Voice & Data Networks, Telephony, Data Centres and Devices (with our move to Windows 10).
We are looking for a number of experienced people for a range of roles that will play a leading role in helping to deliver these programmes. They present an incredible opportunity to be involved in a major transformation programme that will benefit the Trust for many years to come.
In this role you will support best practice standards and processes for all programme and project management across ICT, which ensure that the function delivers its plans and objectives in order to improve quality and patient safety across the organisation. You will support and ensure that individual projects within various ICT programmes of work are efficiently managed and effectively delivered, with the framework of the Department's project management systems and processes.
