We have an exciting new role for an Interim ICT Project Manager within a London Local Authority. This is a key role taking responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of small, medium and large scale projects across digital transformation.
The successful Interim ICT Project Manager will be working across ICT projects, including the re-commissioning of Libraries for a centralised Case Management system.
The Interim ICT Project Manager will be part of the London Library consortium, involving 18 boroughs and will be looking at re-tendering exercise with the digital transformation and implementation of system across two boroughs. They will also manage change control procedure and ensure that project deliverables are competed within planned timescales and budgets.
The successful ICT Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing multiple medium-scale ICT related projects
- Working knowledge of principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects
- Experience in the development of Business Cases
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Waterfall, Agile etc.)
- Engaged in stakeholder management
- Experience with Libraries and Customer Service Case Management systems are beneficial
