ICT Procurement Manager
An opportunity for an experienced ICT Procurement Category professional has become available within an Oxfordshire based public sector organisation. Reporting into the ICT Procurement lead, you will take responsibility for managing the ICT category spend and for reviewing and identifying opportunities for further efficiency's as well as best value across the portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing category plans and strategies and achieving the key objectives within ICT spend.
You will be an experienced and driven procurement professional who not only has a strong background within the ICT category but someone who also can demonstrate experience of working within the public sector as a strong knowledge of EU procurement directives, PCR 2015 legislation and contract laws is essential for this role. In addition, you will be a confident communicator who is able to influence stakeholders and suppliers as well as develop strong working relationships across the organisation.
Ideally you will be a CIPS studier and will also have had some man management experience.
