Our client is a leading public sector employer based in Wymondham. They require three ICT Assistant (Admin) Staff to join their team on a temporary basis to support with project.

Daily duties

The majority of the role will be based working at a PC terminal in the Central ICT office

Update existing records within the configuration management system (CMS) to a high level of accuracy

Review and verify the information held within the CMS as required

Assist with the development of a highly accurate database

Essential Criteria

Good knowledge and previous experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with ability to produce and record accurate database information
Effective organisation and planning skills and the ability to work on own initiative

Desirable Criteria

Experience of creating and maintaining management databases or spreadsheets
Knowledge of Configuration Management and Asset management
ITIL V2 or V3 Foundation Certificate
Proven experience of data recording and analysis for MI reporting
