IBA Team Manager

A newly created opportunity has arisen at a well respected and fast growing insurance group. Due to the substantial development of the business their IBA function has grown to require an experienced manager of IBA teams to support the Head of IBA during the next phase of their growth.

This is both a 'hands-on' and management roe. Duties will include:
Leadership and mentorship or multi-disciplined IBA teams.
Management of client and underwriter accounts, writing business both in the UK and internationally.
Collection of funds and claim settlements to the market.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and the development of these processes.
Liaising with the business, senior stakeholders, and overseas offices.
Ensuring month end processes are run smoothly, reviewing data, and report generation for senior management

You will have experience within the Lloyd's market either at a broker or MGA and as well as a strong technical insurance background you will have demonstrable experience of leading and managing IBA teams.
