Our client has an excellent opportunity to join their small but busy team around the Heathrow area. You must have a freight background and be good on the phones.
Monitor and action all incoming communication from customers.
To investigate any reported issues or enquiries and to resolve or to escalate to the correct department internally.
To be one of the main points of contact for solving any technical issues and to ensure they are fully investigated and as much technical data is gathered as possible before escalating internally.
To assist the upgrade team on larger installs or upgrades by performing client side installs both remotely and onsite.
