Three60 Search are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing IT solutions firm, based South of Central Birmingham, who seek an experienced tech recruiter to join their newly created internal recruitment department.
As a business, our client has grown exponentially over the past few years, and as a result, an inhouse recruitment team has been implemented to further drive that growth. Lead by a highly experienced Recruitment Manager, you will work hard to support the hiring needs of the business, liaising with line managers, hiring managers and direct management.
As a brand new function, you will be very adaptable and creative, assisting with the future development of the recruitment team.
During quieter times in the business, you will also use the exisiting database, network of candidates and contacts within the IT sector, to support external recruitment.
Your initial focus will be on internal delivery, with nearing 100 live vacancies to fill within the business straight away. Over time this focus will shift slightly before, evening out to a 60/40 internal/external recruitment ratio.
I am looking for:
- A minimum of 2-3 years solid IT recruitment experience
- A good attitude to sales and delivery recruitment
- Up for a challange!
- Takes direction well
- Able to work in a small but growing team, maintaining motivation and momentum at all times
Salary negotiable dependent on experience bt within a realistic bracket of £22,000-£28,000 p/a + bonus
