Human Resources Manager

AR HINE ASSOCIATES LTD jobs

We’re a small but growing business and we’re looking for a people-focused HR Manager to join our team. This is a role where you’ll have the chance to shape how we support, develop, and look after our people as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the go-to person for all HR advice and support across the business.
  • Taking ownership of the full employee journey – from recruitment and onboarding through to development, wellbeing, and beyond.
  • Creating and updating policies that are practical, people-friendly, and legally sound.
  • Supporting managers with employee relations in a fair and constructive way.
  • Looking after payroll, benefits, and HR systems in partnership with finance.
  • Driving initiatives to build engagement, learning, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Advising the leadership team on HR matters and helping us grow in the right way.

About you:

  • You’ve got solid HR experience, ideally in a small or growing company.
  • You know your way around UK employment law but balance this with a common-sense, people-first approach.
  • You’re confident working independently, but you also enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) would be great, but the right mindset matters most.
  • You’re approachable, supportive, and passionate about creating a great place to work.

What we offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive environment where your ideas will be heard.
  • The opportunity to make a real difference to how we grow and look after our people.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly shape the HR function and be part of a friendly, forward-thinking business, we’d love to hear from you.
