Your day to day taks will include coaching management in ‘return to work’ procedures,establishing clear triggers for attendance and lateness; coaching management in ‘return to work’ proceduresons human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
As a member of the senior management team you will be expected to fully support ambitious growth plans, taking responsibility for all relevant KPIs, budgets and contribute to the safe and effective running of the site.
You will also be attending to employee development & engagement.
Counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
