An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Human Resources Manager to join our People Directorate team. Based in one of our Oasis Academies in Croydon you will support the 5 academies in the Croydon Cluster which is within one of the UKs largest and fastest growing multi-academy trusts: Oasis Community Learning.
Having grown from 1 to 49 academies in the last 12 years we are excited for new developments ahead. About the Role
Your role will be to lead and manage Human Resources activity across a number of sites, you will be responsible for academy based support staff in your region and will be responsible to the People Directorate Business Partner for London and South East. You will provide comprehensive Human Resources advice and support on a wide range of employment, recruitment and people management issues to your cluster. As the cluster model develops, you will oversee the work of all Human Resources staff within your cluster of academies to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered. In your role you will also ensure that Human Resources data is accurately captured on Sims, iTrent, SCR’s etc. and be responsible for quality assurance through regular monitoring.
