Rapidly expanding Truro based business is looking to recruit a CIPD qualified HR Manager. With continued growth forecast this is a key position within the business and requires a driven individual who is very hands-on and has a broad range of skills that cover all areas of HR & recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment strategy and delivery for the business
  • Staff appraisals and managing the learning and development culture within the business
  • Managing the legal HR obligations of the business
  • Ensuring all documentation and personnel files are up to date
  • Dealing with any employee relations issues that may arise
  • Assisting in the development of the HR strategy

The Person:

  • CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification with a minimum of three years HR & recruitment experience
  • A strong HR generalist used to working in a role with a broad range of responsibilities
