An experienced HR Manager is sought to join this registered charity (religious community focused charity with membership offering, services, newsletters and much more) with multiple sites and over 1400 staff on the payroll monthly on varying contracts of employment (including high volume volunteers). Joining a supportive and friendly team of 8 reporting to the HR Director (who is a delight) with Coordinators/Advisors and Administrative staff supporting with the smooth running of the department. To be considered for this role you will be a highly skilled HR Manager (CIPD preferred/graduate calibre) having worked for a similar organisation, a charity or professional body preferred (multi-site ideal) having been responsible for high volumes of staff on similar varying contracts (volunteer experience would be a huge advantage) have been involved in complex ER cases, TUPEE experience, have supported with process implementation and be a confident and focused HR professional truly looking for a challenging and equally rewarding role. Great working hours of 9am -5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am -3pm Fridays except in the winter months when you are only in the office from 9am-1pm. Top basic + bens.
