Monday - Friday Office hours - 8.00am - 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:00am - 3:30pm (Fridays) (30 minutes lunch break)

Our client is a local manufacturing company who due to fantastic growth over the last 3 years is now looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager for this new, exciting and challenging role.

Reporting to General Manager

The Role:

  • Recruitment - interviews/contracts & new starter information
  • Responsible for all training records
  • Organising & updating staff personnel records
  • Disciplinaries/Disputes/Grievances
  • Payroll for 60 + staff including Tax - using Sage system
  • Administration for Company Pension scheme
  • Knowledge of employment legislation - including preparing the business for any legislation changes
  • Policies & procedures
  • Adhoc duties as required

You will require:

  • Previous experience working as a HR Manager is essential - ideally within a smaller company
  • All-round HR experience is required
  • Knowledge/experience of working in the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
