HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
£60,000 + company benefits
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to head up the HR function at a 100 + restaurant group operating all over the UK. Someone who will really drive the culture, succession planning and facilitate all HR activity across the company.
You will be responsible for your team, for implementing and maintaining best practice, for being accountable for devising and delivering results and for the training & development programme and future projects.
It is essential that you have quick service restaurants experience.
You will also be instrumental in empowering the management population in recruitment terms and drive a strategy and ethos of recruiting, training and succession-planning which is inspirational and progressive. As such, you will be a key part of the senior management team.
This is an exciting role for an ambitious HR Manager to join very successful and substantial company operating a number of concepts.
