We’re currently looking for a Human Resources & Governance Apprentice to join us on a 2 year fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Human Resources & Governance Apprentice, you will provide administrative support to your immediate colleagues and peers, as well as supporting the wider business in their people-focused goals.

Through this apprenticeship, you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, followed by the opportunity to undertake a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification. We want to make sure your work-based learning also results in qualifications too!

Additionally, you will be able to hone your communication and customer service skills as you interact with our people on a regular basis.

About You

To be considered as a Human Resources & Governance Apprentice, you will need:

- Experience of working effectively in a group context (this does not necessarily apply to the workplace)
- Demonstrable presentation skills
- Effective communication skills and style
- Good IT skills

Other organisations may call this role HR Apprentice, Governance Apprentice, Human Resources Apprentice, Personnel Apprentice, Administration Apprentice, or Business Administration Apprentice.
