Proven experience working as HR Business partner in a dynamic organisation. Able to demonstrate having provided credible solutions to a broad department base and previous experience of providing Diversity solutions is an advantage. Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System.
Provide a high standard of Human Resource (HR) services and solutions in order to deliver the company’s strategic objectives. Underpinning the strategic objectives are the quality and motivation of current and future employees.
Recruitment /Resourcing - Manintain a comprehensive recruitment strategy dealing with third party vendors. Ensure that all newly appointed or promoted employees are provided with the appropriate induction to the business or to their new role. Provide advice and support to managers on all employment relayed issues both in the context of company policies and procedures and employment legislation and employees statutory rights. Liaise with the Payroll and Benefits manager on ensuring changes to employee pay and benefits are notified in a timely fashion to meet the relevant payroll runs.
