Human Resources / HR - Role:

As a school HR Administrator, you will be working within the HR team to help with all general administration tasks and the inputting of information onto the SIMS database in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations. You will also be heavily involved in the recruitment process of staff both teaching and support at the school.

School Admin - Role:

As the school Admin you will be required to greet parents, students and school visitors, answer incoming calls and deal with them accordingly and carry out administration duties such as typing, data entry, filing and shredding.

Attendance Officer - Role:

As the attendance officer you will be responsible for data entry to update student and parent records, running daily reports using internal monitoring systems - SIMS, Collecting and analysing attendance data, reporting to both parents and the senior leadership team relating to pupil attendance and overall working alongside staff and parents to obtain the best outcomes in regards to attendance possible.

Medical Welfare Officer - Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-quality medical care to young adults, ideally in an educational setting. The post-holder will engage in supporting the student support team to promote health and well-being amongst the student population and in delivering training to staff as appropriate, in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the school.

The successful candidate will have a recognised high level First Aid Certificate with relevant experience as a First Aider and ideally IOSH managing safely qualified. You will also have experience of developing appropriate links and partnerships for case referrals. You will have excellent verbal communication skills and evidence of ability to write reports and analyse data.
