Our York-based client has an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the business initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will assist and support the HR Manager in the provision of an efficient, effective and professional HR Service at a time when the business is going through a period of change and transformation. This will include administering the recruitment process, as well as assisting in the development of new recruitment initiatives and processes, and providing commercially sound advice and support to line managers and employees. The role will also be responsible for processing contract changes, new appointments, managing HR records, training administration and ad hoc project work.
We are ideally looking for a CIPD (level 3 and above) experienced HR Generalist who is professional, credible and approachable, with experience in providing first line HR advice and support and coaching managers through HR issues and enquiries. You will have a commercial outlook and appreciation of efficient HR processes. Additionally, you will have some experience of change management ideally.
