Applications are invited for the post of Human Resources Adviser - Organisation Development - People and Policy
The selected candidate will provide line managers and employees with first level, accurate and quality advice and support on learning and organisational development (OD) matters for College staff to enable the HR team to deliver a high degree of professional HR customer service consistent with the College and legal requirements.
You will provide HR Generalist and project support to the Senior HR Business Partner (People and Policy) to ensure that all College HR policy is legally compliant, adopts best practice, and is implemented throughout the College to ensure consistency to mitigate against potential employment cases.
All applicants must hold a level 3 qualification (e.g. CIPD accredited, Certificate in Training Practice) or hold significant relevant experience in a related area and be able to demonstrate evidence of commitment to continuing professional development.

This role can be based at any College of Policing site with the exception of Basingstoke.
If this post is London-based, the salary range will be: £27,407 to £32,762 working 36 hours per week.
If this post is nationally based, the salary range will be: £22,407 to £27,275, working 37 hours per week.
