Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking for a new professional to join their Human Resource team, working as an Associate Partner focusing specifically on their Interim/Contractor side of the business. This will entail strong Candidate Management and influencing skills and a sound working knowledge of either the staffing/recruitment Industry or the Human Resource market and key players.
Our client is happy to train from scratch within recruitment but would Ideally like to secure someone who has or is working within the HR field and understands staffing. You will need to be able to build good credibility with senior stakeholders and be highly self driven and motivated.
This would be a great opening for anyone looking to move out of a heavily sales focused role within recruitment or looking to step up their HR career within a different field, focusing on staffing and more towards professional services. It will offer long term opportunity for further development and your earnings will continue to grow starting with a base salary of up to £80K with a generous bonus and benefits.
