Student Hub Adviser Role based in Manchester City Centre paying £10.80 Per hour

A higher education public sector organisation are looking to take on an experienced student services adviser on a long term temporary basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the senior hub adviser you will be the first point of contact for all student queries and enquiries. This will involve face to face, email and telephone interaction and will require you to provide on the spot advise and also log and additional information and actions onto the internal system. This is a full time role working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday and will be starting week commencing 8th January.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need previous experience in customer and student facing roles, strong administration and communication skills and preferably have worked in higher education previously. You should also be available for an immediate start.
