The Company

Care UK is one of the leading providers in the UK for health and social care services. Our Residential Care Services division have over 115 homes and continuing to expand, whilst our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

Specification

We are looking for a highly empathetic team player to join our office based team in Colchester. We need an individual who is able to appreciate life in a care home, is target driven and can positively contribute to a dynamic team set-up. They need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have the ability to multitask and have a can-do attitude with bags of energy!

The Role

The small dedicated team are mainly telephone based, handle questions and queries from both internal and external customers, either resolving them there and then or escalating the query to the specialist team or individual, enabling our care home managers to deliver a first class service to our residents. All team members are confident and capable of handling delicate care support type calls through to customer feedback and complaints.
