Your new company
Your new company, who are currently recruiting for a HSQE Manager, are a leading NI based Construction Company based in Mid Ulster who delivering multiple projects across the UK ranging up to £20 million. Reporting to the company's senior management, as HSQE Manager you will oversee all facets of Health, Safety, and Environmental and Quality procedures. Your new role
Your new role will see you involved in multiple construction projects across the UK. Predominantly based in Head Office in Mid Ulster you may be required to travel 1 day a week to sites in the UK to oversee external H&S consultants. This role will see you carry out a number of responsibilities including developing a HSE culture across the company, ensuring the companies ISO standards 9001, 14001 & 18001 are maintained, and ensure all method statements and risk assessments are update to date and accurate. You will also liaise with Senior Management on any upcoming legislation changes or risks to the business ensuring the company is at the forefront of HSQE procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within a large scale construction projects and be fully equipped to manage multiple systems and maintain ISO standards. You will be NEBOSH qualified and have a minimum of two years management experience as well as the skills to ensure the highest health and safety standards are carried out. You will also require an internal auditor qualification, full driving licence and be flexible for UK travel 1 night a week.
