£45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

My client is a leading global multi-disciplinary who specialise in providing professional services based around the development and management of the built and natural world. Partnering with public & private sector clients across the world, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an SHE Advisor to join the team in Cambridge.

My client are looking to appoint a Science-based SHE Advisor to provide an effective Health & Safety advisory service to a global pharmaceutical company in Cambridge. You will be dealing with various engineering and environmental challenges, providing day to day advice, supporting the project teams and much more. Your main duties include:

  • Lead on SHE advice for stakeholders
  • Manage contractor relationship
  • Develop operating procedures
  • SHE training
  • Manage risk registers
  • Develop SHE emergency response plan

To be considered for the Scientific Health & Safety Advisor role you will need to be a qualified, experienced, senior level HSE practitioner with a background in Laboratory based scientific testing. You will be a strong communicator, with an analytical eye, and an ability to develop ideas and effect change.

A basic salary of between £45-50k is on offer, along with an attractive benefits package and ongoing career and professional development.
