I have a fantastic opportunity with NHS England for a HSCN Operations and Migration Administrator in Leeds. This role is a temporary assignment for one month, Monday to Friday and full time 37.5 hours a week.
HSCN Operations and Migration Administrator - Job Purpose
You will play a key role in supporting the Connection Agreement team in their role in facilitating the migration of (current/legacy) N3 consumers to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).
You will work as part of a Connection Agreement team and will assist with the planning and delivery of customer engagement and communications with an array of NHS customer organisations, including; NHS Organisations, Acute Trusts, Mental Health Trusts, Community Trusts, CCGs/CSUs, Ambulance Trusts, Councils, Prisons, Pharmaceutical organisations and other organisation types as required.
You will be responsible for prioritising and organising a busy workload and for planning activities and customer communications in an efficient, effective and timely manner to support the delivery of team requirements, reprioritising and co-ordinating with colleagues daily to ensure the collaborative delivery of key objectives.
You will be required to update and support the data input and flow within the NHS Digital CRM system, ensuring organisational records are accurately maintained.
HSCN Operations and Migration Administrator – Key skills:
You will need to have a background in an administrative role within the NHS or similar Public Sector Environment. You must be available to start immediately.
