HRP Business Analyst - Preston

Spring Technology's client based in Preston are looking for a Business Analyst to join their People Services Team on a Major HR/Payroll project.
This will be an initial 12 month contract and the day rate will be paying up to £400.

Key Responsibilities -

- To provide expertise, including system knowledge to ensure business processes and procedures are effective and customer focused.

- Drive efficiency through identifying change and providing solutions.

- Undertake project work as required, taking full responsibility for delivering outputs within agreed timescales.

- Identify training requirements and provide business and process knowledge to create relevant training resource.

- Ensure all system changes and developments support continuous improvement practices and are aligned to the policies and practices of ITS.

- Communicate system and process changes to key stakeholders.

- Responsibility to gain acceptance on any system developments (including reports) with People Services/HR/Payroll departments.

Essential Criteria -

** Specialist experience of HR/Payroll business analysis; particularly with ERP transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Unit4 Business World HR/Payroll modules

- Prince 2

- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project & MS Visio)
