Your new company
An innovative insurance firm with central London offices are recruiting for a HRIS and MI Advisor to join them on permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Analyst to take ownership of the HR reporting.
Your new role
You will play an active role within the Group HR function providing HRIS and MI support to all areas of the business. You will be the main point of contact for HR systems for employees, HR and line managers, and support on queries being raised. You will also look at ways of improving system performance.
You will also be providing timely MI for the business using HR systems (Workday). These will be weekly, monthly and ad hoc requests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR Analyst with a good understanding of HR processes and procedures. You will be strong on reporting, and ideally have used Workday although training can be given. You must be confident in your ability and able to speak with Senior Stakeholders.
