Your new company
An experienced HR Business Partner is required to join a large and renowned organisation in Central Oxford on a 9 month maternity contract. You will be partnering with a UK based division on the full range of HR strategies, policies and practices. The offices are centrally located and are easily accessible by public transport, however, there is limited parking available.
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for advising and coaching line managers on all employee related matters, assisting with resource planning, OD and job design. Furthermore, you will also have responsibility for producing training and development plans along with managing succession planning in association with the performance management cycle. You will also have responsibility for the annual reward process and will be required to advise managers on frameworks and policies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will be CIPD qualified, have extensive and up to date employment law knowledge along with experience providing HR partnering to managers and staff within an international organisation. You will have a proven track record of coaching, talent management and employee relations and have the ability to gather and interpret large data sets.
