A major London local authority is currently seeking a dedicated HR Project Manager on a temporary basis, for a minimum of 6 months, to fulfil a key people transformation project.
Reporting to the Director of HR, this exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate working in a highly autonomous basis on a confidential project aimed at restructuring aspects of the council's services from a people perspective.
The successful candidate will handle all aspects of the people change, including handling contractual matters, liaising with the employees affected by any changes and handling general HR responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, specfically of handling employment contracts and of people change projects. Previous experience within the public sector would be advantageous, local government in particular.
