We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer-centric HR Team Leader working with our HR Shared Services Team. Here you’ll help and support the team across our BAU activity which impacts the 4,000 employees here on a daily basis but what really separates this role from a traditional HR team lead role is that you’ll be instrumental in helping us deliver an ambitious digital change project across our people administration and advisory services which are focussed on creating a great colleague experience for all!
We are really focusing in on building a high performing team delivering service and results totally aligned to our digital place aspirations, our people plan, and with a strong focus on a continuous improvement culture and with a visible drive for efficiency and improved service offering.
Our Shared Services Team are an exceptionally busy but also friendly bunch, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of People Services team who support a very complex and diverse business and you’ll be at the heart of driving change, pushing us further in our digital transformation and helping us move from a reactive to a proactive digital HR service function.
You’re a 'people person’ and enjoy delivering great customer service to internal colleagues.
You don’t shy away from sometimes challenging or sensitive conversations, you take them in your stride and push to find the best outcome for all parties.
The words confident, agile, brave and pro-active describe you. You’re able to push the boundaries of what is typically a process-oriented role and position yourself as a customer-centric, can-do team lead.
If you’ve worked in a HR Shared Services environment before, that’s great but we’d love to hear from people who have Team Lead experience in other areas too. We are open to hearing from people with a wider and diverse background that can demonstrate delivering digital change/transformation in a traditional process driven environment.
