As HR Systems Manager you will have previous experience of ensuring capabilities of HR Systems are being utilised correctly and efficiently. What will you be doing?
Managing and supporting a team of 3 that sit within the HR function
Take ownership for all HR systems ensuring that the business is inputting information accurately
Generate relevant HR reports that can be produced to a high standard
Develop strong and lasting relationships across the business with key stakeholders and employees alike
Monitor and maintain HR policies ensuring that where possible processes are streamlined and effective
What do you need to have?
You will be motivated, highly systems savvy and passionate about improving processes. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded and able to interpret HR data with ease. You will be a natural born leader who can develop and mentor your team to success.
