SF Group are currently working in partnership with a leading FMCG Business working at their Group Head office to support the roll out of a new system "CoreHR" out to the group, working closely with the systems implementation team. You will have a small team of system Administrators reporting into you to support with the project, whilst maintaining key relationships with key stakeholders including the key supplier of CoreHR -post implementation.
As the HR Systems Manager you will develop and implement a system and data governance strategy streamlining and standardising processes to deliver improvements across the group. You will be responsible for modifying software requirements based on changing business needs. You will oversee the design and delivery of training to meet end users' needs. Finally you will develop custom reports and provide SLA's, vendor management, oversee the planning testing and implementing of system upgrades.
In order to be successful for this role you will have exceptional system skills and knowledge, management experience preferably within a centralised service function, experience of working within a HR and payroll environment, and previous experience with cloud based SaaS HR systems is essential, CoreHR is desirable. You will have the ability to build relationships with people at all levels and the ability to motivate people and unlock their potential, and ability to drive effective and efficient processes for getting things done, with a focus on continuous environment.
This is a permanent opportunity paying £42,000 to £48,000 plus great benefits.
