Salary: £30.000 to £40.000 depending on experience + unrivalled pension

Brief

My client is a leading business based in Royston, Hertfordshire. They are in the market to recruit a HR Systems Analyst to become a permanent part of their successful HR shared services team

Skills Required

Roles and Responsibilities

Liaising with and advising line managers
Benefits and payroll administration
Identifying and implementing HR improvements
Delivering accurate and timely data on a routine and ad hoc basis. This may be compiling data to import to an application; providing key decision making analysis to our internal customers; delivering engaging infographics or FTE and headcount analysis
Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets used within HR administration processes and manual integrations to support point solutions
Developing and maintaining the HR team’s intranet, ensuring HR policies, guidelines and procedures are current and user friendly
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and value added HR systems processes
Providing data cleansing and migration support to the Systems team
User Acceptance testing
Ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act for employee sensitive data
Assist the Head of HR with annual reports
Support with the implementation and transformation of the HR/Payroll system
Provide adhoc statistical reports
Provide relevant KPI’s and regulated reports
Payroll administration on a monthly basis

Qualifications Required
About you

Payroll system experience within a shared services environment
Expert Excel skills, pivot tables, formulas and extracting data
Experience working with various databases and reporting systems
Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Solutions orientated with the ability to regularly overcome obstacles whilst maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude
