HR Systems Advisor

Our Client, a growing commercial business with high ethics and morals at the base of their culture are recruiting for a newly created role for an HR Systems Advisor. The role involves:
- managing and maintaining the company information systems and demonstrate a willingness to learn new systems
- Ensuring all systems are compliant, providing smooth delivery of information and support countrywide
- Support banking and payroll accountant each month by providing up to date employee information, ensuring salary details are correct, overtime hours are recorded correctly and changes to employee information is communicated
- providing support to the HR Director and Head of HR by compiling reports and statistics, being highly confident using systems and software including TMS and Excel.
- Provide on-going support to all team leaders and managers making sure users are up to date and able to use HR systems and software to manage their teams and become confident users
- lead in-house training workshops/group sessions when required using HR systems
Applicants must have advanced Excel and have the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality. CIPD qualified is preferred but not essential.
