HR Advisor - HR Systems
Permanent - Up to £38500 per annum basic salary, plus excellent benefits including 7.5 non-contributory pension, 28 days holiday (plus stats), life and critical illness cover, enhanced sickness maternity, paternity leave and pay, and additional benefits
HR Advisor with skills in HR Systems (ideally Access SelectHR / SelectPay), Payroll, Recruitment and HR Generalist experience and capabilities required by international NGO based in Central London. The HR Systems Officer will support HRIS, Payroll and Recruitment Operations for an internal client base of circa 150 staff. The HR Systems Advisor will also contribute to HR Systems and Process and improvement and upgrade projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience with HR and Payroll Systems, ideally with Access SelectHR and SelectPay
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll Processes
- Skills in HR MI Analysis and Reporting
- HR Generalist knowledge, either from have worked within a generalist capacity of having achieved a CIPD qualification
- Confident communicator with the ability to advise and consult with colleagues
