Our client within the education sector are currently recruiting 2 x analytical and problem solving HR Systems & Data Administrators to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term basis.
Situated within the HR Systems team, your duties will include:
Supporting and managing the continuous improvement of the HRIS system (iTrent)
Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the business
Set up and manage projects that will develop the initial implementation
Maintain and develop a standard suite of MI reporting
Minimum 1 years hands on experience of HR Systems ideally iTrent
Help manage and run projects that develop the system to address business needs
Experience of running reports on a weekly, monthly and Ad-Hoc basis
Within this autonomous HR Systems & Data Administrator role and as part of the HR team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
