HR Systems Administrators

Our client within the education sector are currently recruiting 2 x analytical and problem solving HR Systems & Data Administrators to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term basis.

Situated within the HR Systems team, your duties will include:

  • Supporting and managing the continuous improvement of the HRIS system (iTrent)

  • Analysing, configuring and implementing solutions to address the needs of the business

  • Set up and manage projects that will develop the initial implementation

  • Maintain and develop a standard suite of MI reporting

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 1 years hands on experience of HR Systems ideally iTrent

  • Help manage and run projects that develop the system to address business needs

  • Experience of running reports on a weekly, monthly and Ad-Hoc basis

Within this autonomous HR Systems & Data Administrator role and as part of the HR team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills as well as utilising existing ones.
