As a HR Administrator you will be adding significant value to the organisation by working in partnership with the business to ensure that appropriate business strategies are devised, planned and implemented.
HR develops and implements people management programmes and interventions that result in organisation improvement, sustainability through the appropriate resourcing, training, development and reward of its people.
You are required to plan and organise so priorities and deadlines and met. Monthly reports are to be processed and uploaded into the payroll, HR and flexible benefit system.
You will be very good on systems and must have excellent Excel.
