HR Systems Administrator - iTrent
Up to £40000 per annum, plus benefits including discretionary bonus, 10% pension, 25 days holiday (plus stats), private healthcare, life assurance, childcare vouchers etc..
HR Systems Administrator with experience in iTrent systems administration and HR Reporting skills required on a permanent basis by private sector organisation employing over 2000 people based in Central London. The HR Systems Administrator will act as an important part of the HR team, working closely with the HR Manager, HR, Payroll and IT teams, managing the systems management, administration and data integrity of both the iTrent HR and Payroll system as well as contributing to systems implementation, integration and process improvement projects.
- Experience with iTrent analysis and systems administration
- Skills in data analysis / MI reporting, ideally using Business Objects
- Ability to support upgrade, update and configuration projects relating to the iTrent system
- Understanding of HR / Payroll processes
- Excellent communication and user support skills
