HR Systems & Administration Team Leader
Contract: Fixed term for approx. 9 Months
Salary: Grade 6 (£24,799 - £26,999)
Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week (Flexi Time)
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Headquarters, Eyre Street, Sheffield
An opportunity has arisen within our client’s Human Resources section for an HR Team Leader, based at their Fire Service Headquarters in Sheffield. The post is offered on a fixed term basis for approximately 9 months.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of an innovative and quality administrative and systems support service to the HR function, ensuring procedures are developed, implemented and utilised in an effective and efficient manner.
As an effective leader, you will ensure that all team performance objectives are achieved and resources are appropriately deployed by encouraging new ways of working throughout the team and adopting an innovative approach to service delivery.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of administrative requirements to support HR and Organisational Development activities and be highly motivated and driven to achieving all personal and team objectives.
With experience of working in a generalist HR environment, you will be qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or HNC/HND in Business Administration or hold an equivalent and relevant qualification.
The post oversees the admin service for the HR Employee Relations and Organisational Development sections and is varied and diverse. The post would suit someone who has an eye for detail and is committed to delivering a high quality admin service.
