Required to manage the implementation of our client’s new People Management system. Having identified a short-list of providers to deliver a single cloud based solution, it has been recognised that there is a need for an experienced Systems Implementation Consultant to lead implementation and support the configuration of the solution to meet our business requirements.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
We seek a highly experienced Consultant / Programme Lead to manage delivery including;
• Business Engagement / business process change
• Project management – integrating internal & external (3rd party vendor) activity
• Data cleanse/migration
• Report design
• Benefits Realisation
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
Suitable applicants must have experience of working with and implementing a range of HCM systems and SAAS and a good knowledge of HR related legislation, best practice and data (ideally a HR practitioner).
