A well respected business based in the Worthing area are seeking a HR Specialist on a permanent basis.

Description

In the role of HR Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Support day to day HR transactional duties, new starters, induction, appraisals and payroll
  • Maintain the HR database
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Participate in HR project work
  • Support with HR general admin to include processing starters and leavers
  • Review HR processes and procedures for ongoing improvements
  • Support ER processes.

Profile

The ideal candidate is either studying and qualified CIPD and seeking an all encompassing and varied HR role.
