An opportunity for a leading HR Shared Services Manager, based in Birmingham, £55-60k + Benefits, has arisen within this leading Financial Services organisation.
As HR Shared Services Manager, based in Birmingham, up to £55-60k, you will be responsible for a small number of direct reports, who then manage a team of 30+. This includes Employee Relations, Payroll and HR Support Services teams. This will develop the Shared Services strategy, develop KPI's and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
As an experienced HR Shared Services Manager you will have -
- Up to date knowledge on Employee Relations regulations
- Payroll knowledge / have overseen Payroll
- Managed Managers / managed teams of 30+
- Strategic Management
