HR Coordinator

One of Cambridge’s global, premier employers is looking to add an experienced HR Coordinator to their busy Shared Services team on a part time, permanent basis.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with and advising line managers
  • Advising staff on HR policies and best practice
  • Drafting offer letter and conducting exit interviews
  • Inducting new starters
  • Benefits and payroll administration
  • Identifying and implementing HR improvements
  • General HR duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Generalist HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic IT skills including MS Office
  • Good teamwork and relationship building skills
  • The ability to work in a face paced environment
  • SAP experience would be desirable
