Due to growth at Sunrise Senior Living & Gracewell Healthcare in the UK we are embarking on a new journey and looking to recruit an HR Shared Services Assistant on a Fixed Term basis (6 months).
The HR Shared Services Assistant role will be based at Head Office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire which is in the heart of the Chiltern Valley and there are excellent transport links to and from Central London.
The HR Shared Services team support the HR administration activity across both brands and the Support Office client group. The purpose of the team is to provide end to end support to all communities and homes for recruitment compliance and administration from the offer to commencement of employment.
This customer-focused opportunity would be perfect for somebody who is used to working at pace and thrives within a fast moving environment. The HR Shared Services Assistant will provide a service which is crucial to the quality of care we provide and also the safeguarding of our residents, by taking ownership of the pre-employment checks required (for example References, DBS, and Occupational Health). In this highly visible role you will also issue formal offer paperwork and contracts as well as facilitate the on-boarding process, working in partnership with Hiring Managers to finalise start dates and ensuring a positive experience to our valued new joiners.
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months, and you may be someone who is looking for the next step in your career, or looking for a change of role which would save you the travel and cost of working in central London (we are located right next to the train station and even reimburse parking!).
We will be looking for:
A sound understanding of HR policy and process.
- Experience of providing customer-focused HR support within a fast moving, multiple deadline environment.
