Working as part of the HR Shared Services team, this role will lead a team of HR administrators in providing a high quality effective. HR Services and advice within the employee lifecycle. This involves the participation and management of day-to-day operations and transactional services.
- Part CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience or aptitiude
- SAP HR Experience required or similar
- Proven experience of team management and the ability to motivate a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Must have a flexible & positive attitude
- Sound understanding of HR polices and procedures
- Must possess multi-tasking, prioritisation, organisation and strong planning skills
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a Shared Services environment is a Must
