Working as part of the HR Shared Services team, this role will lead a team of HR administrators in providing a high quality effective. HR Services and advice within the employee lifecycle. This involves the participation and management of day-to-day operations and transactional services.

  • Part CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience or aptitiude
  • SAP HR Experience required or similar
  • Proven experience of team management and the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Must have a flexible & positive attitude
  • Sound understanding of HR polices and procedures
  • Must possess multi-tasking, prioritisation, organisation and strong planning skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working in a Shared Services environment is a Must
