The business continues to evolve and has a great opportunity for a HR Services Partner to play a pivotal role in their growth plans.
About the Role:
Reporting into the HR Director, the HR Services Partner will ensure the HR function provides a timely, efficient and effective service to managers and employees. Leading the HR Administration team, a significant focus of the role is on managing efficient, compliant and user-friendly systems, procedures and processes. Creating an outstanding HR Dashboard, you will produce accurate and timely MI whilst continuously analysing the data to spot trends and areas of interest, continually identifying opportunities for improvement.

With up to date HR knowledge and experience of developing and managing systems, processes and workflows you will be able to talk knowledgeably about where you have ensured continuous improvement.
